2024铝合金腐蚀环境下平板共线多裂纹扩展研究
Research of Crack Growth for Multiple Site Damage in 2024 Aluminum Panel in the Presence of Corrosion
【摘要】 开展了2024-T62铝合金平板多孔试样在实验室空气和3.5%Na Cl盐溶液环境下的共线多裂纹扩展试验,研究了腐蚀环境对多裂纹扩展的影响及裂纹间的干涉效应.结果表明,铝合金平板多裂纹扩展后期和连通阶段时,腐蚀环境具有显明的加速作用;当裂纹之间的残存韧带与孔间距之比小于0.5时,裂纹之间的干涉作用显著增强.
【Abstract】 The effect of corrosion on multiple site damage(MSD)and MSD effect were investigated by fatigue crack growth tests of 2024 aluminum panel under 3.5% Na Cl solution and non-corrosive environment. The test results show that, crack growth characteristics are strongly affected by corrosion at the later and crack link-up stages of propagation. As the distances between two crack tips less than 50% of the distances between the adjacent holes, the interferential effects of MSD cracks are remarkable.
