载能粒子与基底上方二维电子气间的相互作用
Interaction of Charged Particle with Two-dimensional Eelectron Gases above Substrate
【摘要】 采用线性化量子流体动力学模型,研究了载能粒子与存在基底情况下二维平面电子气间的相互作用,讨论基底介电常数对扰动电子气密度、入射粒子所受阻止力及侧向力的影响.结果表明,随着基底介电常数的增大,扰动电子气密度振荡的波长变大,在入射粒子速度较低时,介电常数对其所受阻止力和侧向力几乎无影响,而在速度较高时影响很大.
【Abstract】 The interactions of an energetic particle with supported two-dimensional electron gases are studied by using linearized quantum hydrodynamic(QHD)model. The influence of dielectric constant of substrate on perturbed density of electron gases, the stopping and image forces on incident particle is discussed. The numerical results show that the wave-length of electron gases density increases with the increase of dielectric constant; for stopping and image forces, however, the dielectric constant has little effect on them in lower particle speed but obviously in higher speed.
