【摘要】 2014年内蒙古与蒙古建立了全面战略伙伴关系,并签署了包括经贸合作在内的多领域合作协议,内蒙古自治区在发展中蒙两国关系中历来发挥着桥梁和纽带作用。本文介绍内蒙古自治区和蒙古国的基本情况及两地投资贸易现状,在此基础上对双方的合作进行了法律风险评估,探讨问题存在的原因,并提出今后改进的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The comprehensive strategic partnership has been established between Inner Mongolia Autonomous region and Mongolia since 2014. Both sides have signed cooperation agreements in many fields,including economic and trade cooperation and Inner Mongolia Autonomous region has been playing the role of bridge and link in development of Sino- Mongolia relationship. This paper introduces the general information of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region and Mongolia,the current investment trade situation of both sides. On this basis,this paper carries out a legal risk assessment on both sides’ cooperation,discusses the reasons for the existed problems and puts forward countermeasures for future improvement.更多还原
