【摘要】 目的:探讨输尿管镜钬激碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2011年3月至2012年2月42例输尿管结石患者的临床资料进行统计,分析输尿管镜下钬激光治疗的碎石率、结石清除率和相关并发症。结果:单次手术结石粉碎率97.6%(41/42),42例患者均有轻度血尿,3-5d后消失;1例结石上移入肾盂,留置双J管,后行外冲击波碎石后治愈。随访1-3个月,结石排净率为100%(42/42)。结论:钬激光碎石术是治疗输尿管结石的一种安全、高效、微创的碎石方法,并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Explore ureteroscopy holmium shock lithotripsy curative effect in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods:Retrospective analysis in March 2011 to February 2012 42 patients with ureteroscopy holmium laser rubble under the treatment of ureteral calculi patients for clinical data,the gravel rate,platoon stone rate and the complications of statistical analysis.Results:A single operation stones crushed rate 97.6%(41/42),42 patients are mild hematuria,3-5 d disappear after; 1 cases on the stone into the renal pelvis,lien double J tube,after shock cured after x gravel.Follow-up 1-3 months,stone net rate is 100% row(42/42).Conclusions:Holmium laser lithotripsy is in the treatment of ureteral calculi a safe,efficient and minimally invasive method of rubble,less complications.更多还原
