基于USB摄像头的田间图像采集方法研究

【摘要】 高成本是制约机器视觉系统在农田中推广应用的重要因素。为此,通过对农田视觉系统的分析,提出了采用普通的USB摄像头代替专用视觉系统作为田间图像采集单元,基于C语言自行开发程序控制摄像头完成图像的采集与处理的方案。试验表明:此方法操作简单、成本低廉,采集、处理一幅640×480的实时图像耗时3 5 ms以内,能有效地满足田间作业的实时性,为农田智能机械的成品化开发提供了新的思路。

【Abstract】 The high cost is an important factor which restricts the popularization and application for the machine vision system in the fields,through the analysis of the visual system of farmland,in this paper,using ordinary USB camera as the field image acquisition unit instead of a special visual system,using the program which is developed based on the C language control the camera to complete the image acquisition and processing.The experiment results show that this method is simple operation and low cost,acquisition and processing a 640 * 480 real-time image within 35 ms,which can effectively meet the real-time in the field operations,which provides a new train of thought for the product development of farmland intelligent mechanical.
