基于图像处理技术的水稻株型参数测量算法

【摘要】 模型模拟法是简便可行的作物生物量无损检测方法之一。其中,作物株高、植株投影面积等株型参数的无损测量对该方法的应用具有重要意义。为此,以水稻为研究对象,以植株图像的株高和投影面积等参数为测定指标,研究了基于图像处理技术的无损测量方法。在自然条件下获取水稻植株图像,利用超绿色法对彩色图像进行灰度转换,采用中值滤波方法对图像进行降噪处理,应用最大类间方差法实现了植株特征像素的提取。该算法为快速、无损测量作物的图像株型参数提供了有效手段,为作物生物量的无损检测奠定了理论基础。

【Abstract】 Model simulation is one of the convenient and feasible nondestructive detection methods for the living weight of crops,which plays a significant role in the application of measuring the crops’ height,projected area and other plant type parameters.We put focus on researching the measuring method,which was based on the image processing techniques to detect rice height and projected area of crop images.In the natural conditions,we transformed the color image of rice into gray level by means of Excess Green,and conducted noise reduction to the grey image with Median Filtering,then extracted the characteristics pixel by OTSU.This arithmetic method can be provided one of the efficient and nondestructive detection ways for crop images of plant type parameters,and established a theoretical basis for the nondestructive testing of crop biomass.
