基于滚切方法的芡实破壳性能的研究
Based on the Research of Gordon Nut Breaking Performance of Roll Cutting Method
【摘要】 滚切式芡实脱壳机械需事先对芡实预切开口。为此,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,分析芡实切口长度与破壳所需最大应力之间的关系,并得到破壳最大应力随切口长度大小的变化的趋势。从分析的结果来看:当芡实切口长度为3mm左右,芡实破壳特性较好。分析结果在后续的实验中得到验证,对芡实自动化加工设备的研发具有重要的指导意义。
【Abstract】 Rolling cut type hulling machine for gorgon fruit requires pre- cut an incision on the fruit shell. This paper studies the relationship between the incision length and the maximum stress needed for shell hulling by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,and consequently,the varying trend of maximum stress with the different incision size is obtained. From the analysis results,gordon has the best hulling characteristic when the incision length is about 3mm. The analysis results have been verified in subsequent experiments,which has an important guiding significance to the gorgon automatic processing equipment research and development.
