检测病原菌的阻抗生物传感器系统设计
Design of Multiple Indexes Impedance Biosensor System
【摘要】 为了快速、准确地检测食品中有害病原菌的含量,设计了一种能够快速、定量、即时地检测出食品中多种病原菌的阻抗生物传感器系统。系统以STC89C52单片机为核心,使用键盘输入被测物种类,蛋白A修饰叉指微电极,应用电化学阻抗分析测量病原菌在不同浓度下的阻抗值,经过阻抗电压转换电路、电压放大电路、A/D转换等信号处理,最终通过LCD显示出病原菌浓度含量,若病原菌含量超限则报警。该系统能定量检测出多种病原菌的含量,并可实现含量的LCD显示和超限报警。该系统采用软、硬件模块化设计方法,结构紧凑、成本低、分析速度快、灵敏度高。
【Abstract】 In order to detect the pathogens in foods rapidly and accurately,an impedance biosensor is constructed to detect some types of microorganisms. The system is a simple,rapid and accurate,easy-to-line. The detector was based on the technology of MCU. The detecting system consists of keyboard input circuit,modifying the interdigital micro-electrodes with the protein A,measuring impedance value,resistor voltage conversion circuit and amplifying circuit,A / D conversion circuit,LCD displaying and alarming circuit etc. The instrument can detect multiple types of microbes simultaneously,display the contents of microbes on LCD in real-time,and warn the operator with an alarm when the content is out of limit. The hardware and software of the biosensor system are designed using the modular design methods to improve stability of the analyzer. The biosensor structure is compact,low cost,highly accurate,and multi-index for rapid detection.
