立辊式玉米收获机夹持输送装置的设计分析

【摘要】 针对立辊式玉米摘穗割台夹持输送装置可靠性差及影响推广应用的瓶颈问题,设计了浮动式茎秆夹持输送装置,阐述了工作原理。通过对夹持位置、夹持力、夹持输送链速度与机器作业速度的分析,提出了三点夹持输送可靠性理论依据。通过对玉米茎秆输送过程的试验与分析,验证了浮动式茎秆夹持输送装置的可行性,为立辊式玉米摘穗割台设计提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 In view of the vertical roller corn snapping desk gripping and conveying device reliability bottleneck problem affecting the popularization and application,proposed the floating stem gripping delivery device structures and elaborated the theory of operation. Through the analysis of clamping position,clamping force and conveyor chain speed and machine operation speed,put forward the three gripping delivery reliability theory basis. Through the experiment and analysis on corn stalk conveying process,verify the feasibility of floating type stalk clamping and conveying device,and provide reference for the design of vertical corn snapping desk.
