【摘要】 政府与市场的强弱对比关系形成了多种组合模式,发挥强政府与强市场的叠加效应是新一轮全面深化改革的目标取向和根本保证。基于耦合系统分析法对苏、浙、鲁、粤政府与市场关系的定量评价结果显示,江苏政府与市场的关系正在步入良性协调轨道,居四省之首;其次为广东和山东,政府与市场的关系较为协调,最后为浙江,政府与市场的关系处于勉强协调状态。因此,应以全面深化改革为契机,积极探索正确处理政府与市场关系的科学路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are several combination models about the relationship between government and market. The combination of the strong government and the strong market is the goal orientation and fundamental guarantee of this new round of comprehensive deepening reform. This paper makes a quantitative evaluation to the relationship between government and market taking Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shandong and Guangdong as samples. This paper finds the relationship between government and market in Jiangsu is entering a benign coordination track,ranking first in the four provinces,followed by Guangdong and Shandong,and Zhejiang is in the final ranking,whose relationship between government and market is barely coordinated state. Therefore,we should take the comprehensive deepening reform as an opportunity to actively explore the scientific paths of correctly handling the relationship between government and market.更多还原
