1-氰基-中氮茚-3-[N-(2-氨基乙基)]甲酰胺的合成及其Cu2+荧光探针行为
Studies on Synthesis of 1-Cyano-indolizine-3-[N-(2-aminoethyl) ]Carboxamide and Its Application as Fluorescent Sensors for Cu2+
【摘要】 设计合成了1-氰基-中氮茚-3-[N-(2-氨基乙基)]甲酰胺(化合物3).通过IR,1H NMR对其结构进行了表征,测试了其紫外光谱和荧光光谱,研究了其对Cu2+、Zn2+、Ni2+、Co2+、Mg2+、Na+、K+和Ca2+的识别作用,发现Zn2+、Ni2+、Co2+、Mg2+、Na+、K+和Ca2+对化合物3的荧光光谱几乎没有影响,但Cu2+对化合物3有非常强大亲和力,Cu2+可以使化合物3的荧光发射明显猝灭,化合物3在DMSO溶剂中作为铜离子荧光探针,受常见离子干扰较小,对于铜离子有着较高的选择性.
【Abstract】 We report here the synthesis of 1-cyano-indolizine-3-[N-( 2-aminoethyl) ]carboxamide( No. 3 compound) and the study of it as fluorescent probe for Cu2+ions. The structure of the compound 3 was determined by IR,1H NMR. Its UV and fluorescence spectra were measured. The influences of eight metal ions such as Cu2+,Zn2+,Ni2+,Co2+,Mg2+,Na+,K+and Ca2+on its fluorescence property was studied. Spectroscopic study revealed that the compound 3 had rather strong affinity toward Cu2+. The specificity of the compound 3 toward Cu2+was determined. Nearly no fluorescence intensity changes were observed in emission spectra with Zn2+,Ca2+,Na+,K+,Mg2+but Ni2+and Co2+. However,under identical conditions,the study showed fluorescence quenching from Cu2+. So we have developed a new fluorescent sensor.It showed high selectivity toward Cu2+in DMSO.
