【摘要】 在对"北京市女性外来务工人员调查"数据进行分析的基础上,指出外来女工所从事的餐饮住宿、批发零售、制造加工等低端产业在为其提供较低门槛就业机会的同时,也普遍存在侵犯女工劳动权益、限制其人力资本提升和职业发展等问题,而工会缺乏有效举措应对这些问题。据此提出改革工会,将社会工作的元素融入工会工作,改变其目标、理念、机制,明确其作为群团的社会组织角色定位,并进一步促进工会和公益性组织的合作,上下合力共同开展劳工服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 The data of the survey about women migrant workers in Beijing are analyzed here, finding that the low- end industries, in which the women migrants are employed, such as catering and accommodation, wholesale and retail, manufacturing and etc., provide them with lower- threshold jobs, but at the same time, it is common for the industries to infringe the women’s labor rights and interests,and also limit the upgrade of their human capital and their career development, and in addition, labor unions don’t have effective measures to solve these problems. countermeasures are accordingly put forward here: to reform the trade unions, to integrate social work into the union’s work, to change the union’s target, idea, mechanism, to define the union’s orientation as a social organization, and to further promote the cooperation between the unions and public welfare organizations, so that joint force can be gained up and down together to provide services for the migrant workers.更多还原
