【摘要】 近年来由于文化帝国主义的存在和外语教育"去意识形态化"思潮盛行等原因,西方价值观在外语教育中对我国主导价值体系存在着不容忽视的渗透、侵蚀和消解等作用,中华文化认同受到削弱,这在相当程度上危及到我国的文化安全和国家根本利益。为此,必须实施国家文化安全视域下的外语教育发展新战略,科学地、坚定不移地把建设社会主义核心价值体系贯穿于外语教育的始终,切实更新外语教育理念,倾力打造优秀师资队伍,尽快完善外语教材体系,不断创新外语教育方法,着力改革外语教育评估体系,努力实现反对西方文化霸权、维护我国文化安全、建设社会主义文化强国与全面提高外语教育水平的辩证统一。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years Western values have been infiltrating,eroding and digesting China’s dominant value system in the field of foreign language education,Chinese cultural identity severely weakened,safety of our culture and the fundamental interests of our nation threatened to some degree,because of the existence of cultural imperialism and the prevalence of the"indifference to ideology"trend in foreign language education. Therefore,we must implement the new developmental strategy of foreign language education in the perspective of national cultural security,constructing the socialist core value system throughout the foreign language education scientifically and unswervingly. Thus,we should effectively update the concept of foreign language education,endeavor to build outstanding faculty,perfect course books as soon as possible,continue to innovate teaching methods and strive to reform assessment system,with much effort to achieve the dialectical unity of opposing Western cultural hegemony,preserving our cultural security,building a socialist cultural power and improving the level of foreign language education comprehensively.更多还原
