【摘要】 土地流转是近年土地经营权改革真正探索的问题,但是基于土地流转的"土地承包经营权抵押贷款"因其先天不足,发挥作用的空间相比传统的抵押贷款规模较小。本文讨论了土地经营权抵押贷款的可行性和存在的风险,认为可以在严格选择借款人和抵押人、审慎选择用于抵押的土地承包经营权、合理确定贷款金额和期限等方面做好工作。更多还原
