【Abstract】 The development of modern prose since the May 4th Movement represented by Zhou Zuoren has made great achievements. The "Modern Chinese" prose emphasizes the author’s personality and taste, and in terms of language, the mixture of colloquial, the Europeanization style, the ancient prose and dialects makes them interesting and full of knowledge.
