原地浸矿采矿法在风化壳离子吸附型稀土矿床应用中主要参数设定问题的研究
Study on the In Situ Leaching Mining Method in Application of Main Parameter Setting Problems of Weathering Crust Ion Adsorption Type Rare Earth Deposit
【摘要】 原地浸矿采矿法是风化壳离子吸附型稀土矿床资源回收高效、环保的生产工艺,是国家强制推广应用的先进技术.在我国南方,该采矿方法实际应用经验已较为成熟,但理论研究还尚未完善,主要的工艺技术参数,例如集液率、浸出率等,还没有相应的标准或规范,给这类型矿床的开采设计和矿山生产管理带来困难.文章就此进行初步探讨.
【Abstract】 So far,the in situ leaching is the advanced national mandatory technology applied for the weathered ion adsorption type rare earth deposit of ion type rare earth resource extraction,environmental protection,and the production. The in situ leaching mining method in mining weathered ion adsorption type rare earth ore and practical experiences have been relatively mature,but the stage of theoretical research is still not perfect. There are no relevant standards or specifications for the main parameters,such as liquid ratio and leaching rate,which result in the difficulty of the mining design of the above mentioned type of mines and the mine management.
