基于网络控制系统的电力系统广域闭环控制

【摘要】 为实现基于广域测量系统的实时广域闭环控制,将网络控制系统用于电力系统广域闭环控制中,针对通信网络的影响,引入同步授时以实现同步控制及闭环时延补偿。根据实际情况提出了应用于贵州电网的基于网络控制系统的广域闭环控制架构,介绍了该架构的设备选型及功能,以及控制下行通道的通信协议,最后搭建了贵州电网RTDS等值模型,对控制系统进行了硬件闭环测试。算例分析表明该架构能正确计算控制规律,可有效实现广域网络闭环控制。

【Abstract】 To realize the wide-area measurement system( WAMS) based wide area real-time closed-loop controlling,the network control system( NCS) is introduced to the wide area control of power system,and by considering the impact of the communication network,time service can be synchronized to control terminals to achieve synchronized controlling and closed-loop time delay compensation. An NCS based wide area power system stabilizer( PSS) closed-loop control framework for Guizhou Power Grid is proposed according to the applied conditions. Functions and selection of devices,and communication protocol of downstream channel of the framework are introduced. An RTDS equivalent model of Guizhou Power Grid is established to perform a hardware closed-loop test of the control system. The calculation results showthat the framework is able to calculate the control logic correctly,thus it can effectively achieve the wide-area network closed-loop controlling.
