护理干预在治疗功能性消化不良中的作用

【摘要】 目的:护理干预措施在治疗功能性消化不良中的效果。方法:选取我院2013年2月至2013年12月收治的98例功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,将患者平均分成研究组和对照组,为对照组患者使用药物进行治疗,研究组患者在药物治疗的基础上增加心理护理、健康知识护理等护理干预,并对两组患者的消化不良状况和生活质量进行评分和对比。结果:研究组患者在一个月和三个月后,出现消化不良症状的评分明显低于对照组;而生活质量的评分上,研究组患者也明显高于对照组。且两个方面的对比皆具备统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论:将护理干预应用在功能性消化不良患者的治疗过程中,能有效减轻患者患者消化不良的症状,从而提升患者生活的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:nursing interventions in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in effect.Methods:Our hospital from February 2013 to December2013 were treated 98 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia as research subjects,patients were divided into study group and the control group,the use of drugs for the treatment of patients in the control group,patients in the study group for drug treatment,and indigestion and quality of Ufe scores and the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The study group patients after one month and three months,indigestion symptom scores were significantly lower than the control group;and quality of life scores,the study group were also significantly higher.And the contrast with the two aspects are statistically significant,(P <0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing intervention during treatment of functional dyspepsia patients,can effectively reduce the symptoms of patients with dyspepsia patients,thereby improving the quality of patients’ lives.更多还原
