浅谈产学研相结合的水利科技创新体系及模式

【摘要】 当前,"产学研相结合"已成为现代水利科技创新体系的重要组成部分。本文结合山东水利科技发展,总结了产学研相结合的现状,分析了目前存在的问题,提出了加快构筑产学研相结合的水利科技创新体系的对策措施和产学研相结合的几种模式。

【Abstract】 Currently,‘combination of industry,academy and research’has become an important part of modern water conservancy science and technology innovation system. In the paper, water conservancy science and technology development in Shandong Province is combined,status of combining industry,academy and research is summarized for analyzing existing problems. Countermeasures of accelerating water conservancy science and technology innovation system combining industry,academy and research,and several modes of combining with industry,academy and research are proposed.
