梨渣与猪粪混合厌氧消化产气试验研究

【摘要】 试验研究了梨渣和猪粪在分批厌氧发酵和连续厌氧发酵工艺中的产气性能。分批厌氧发酵考察不同接种量、渣粪比以及发酵温度对梨渣产气量和甲烷含量的影响,结果表明,接种量为30%和40%时发酵可以正常启动;梨渣中加入猪粪后产气性能提高,渣粪比为1∶1时,甲烷含量在60%以上;高温条件下的总产气量比中温条件下高32%,但所产沼气中甲烷含量偏低。连续厌氧发酵试验表明,梨渣的添加比例从15%提高到50%时,干物质产气率从207 L/kg降低到109 L/kg,甲烷含量从81.2%降低到57.0%。

【Abstract】 This study evaluated the performance of anaerobic digesters using pear residues.Experiments were performed using both batch and continuous anaerobic digestion. The batch tests evaluated the gas potential, gas production rate of the pear residues at different inoculum concentrations, and the effect of pear residues co-digestion with swine manure, then the effect of temperatures on the mixture of pear residues and swine manure was also investigated. Results showed that the fermentation could work normally when inoculum concentration were 30% and 40%.When grass-manure ratio was 1∶1,the maximum total gas production was obtained,with methane content more than 60%. The mixture of pear residue and swine manure improved the biogas yield by approximately32% at thermophilic temperatures, compared to at mesophilic, but with lower methane content. The continuous tests evaluated the performance of a single stage completely stirred tank reactor(CSTR)with different mixture ratios of pear residues and swine manure at mesophilic temperature. Continuous anaerobic fermentation tests showed thatthe biogas yield and methane content decreased from 207 L/kg TS to 109 L/kg TS and from 81.2% to 57.0% when the pear residues content in the feed was increased from 15% to 50%.
