黄颡鱼酶组织化学活性

【摘要】 黄颡鱼在江西境内五河中均有分布,对生态环境适应力强,具有很强的抗病能力。本文应用酶组织化学方法观察了江西省境内赣江不同河段(上、中下游)丰水期黄颡鱼肝、肠的Mg2+-ATPase、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的酶活性。并同时对取样这些河段的水质进行检测。在丰水期赣江流域重金属含量均呈现两端重,中间轻的特点,各河段含氧量几乎相同,没有明显的差异。结果显示:黄颡鱼肝、肠Mg2+-ATPase、碱性磷酸酶和酸性磷酸酶的酶活性存在地区差异性。在上游3种酶活性最高,中游3种酶活性最低,下游3种酶活性居中。

【Abstract】 Pelteobagrus has strong disease resistance and the adaptable to ecological environment that distributed in the area in Jiangxi province.We detected the water quality in the different sections(upper,middle and lower)of the Gan River in Jiangxi province.Enzyme histochemistry was employed to analyze the enzyme activities of Mg2+-ATPase,alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and acid phosphatase(ACP)in the liver and intestinal tissues of Pelteobagrus came fromabove areas.The result revealed that the enzyme activities of Mg2+-ATPase,alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and acid phosphatase(ACP)had regional differences.The detected results of water quality sampled from the different sections showed that heavy metal pollution was remarkable during the early and late stages of plentiful water period and there is no significant difference in oxygen content.The highest enzyme activity in three kinds appeared in the upstream,whilethelowest enzyme activity appeared in the middle area.
