【Abstract】 Adopting a scientific and objective method to reward SCI paper is an important part of academic paper reward system. A new evaluation index— Impact Factor Point Average(IFPA) was quoted and it’s applicable in SCI paper reward was studied in this paper. The results showed that the IFPA is a preferable quantitative index for evaluating the quality of academic paper. It is highly applicable so that it can be used to appraise SCI articles.更多还原
