【摘要】 目的:探讨背阔肌皮瓣在早期乳腺癌一期乳房重建中的应用价值。方法:以164例早期乳腺癌患者为观察对象,A组(82例)乳癌改良根治术后背阔肌即刻乳房再造,B组(82例)单纯行乳癌改良根治术,术后随访调查2组的满意度和生活质量。结果:2组均顺利完成手术,术后1年A组美观满意度68.29%,B组美观满意度36.59%,组间满意度比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组1年后FACT-B量表评分(108.2±11.8)分,B组FACT-B量表评分(100.2±13.1)分,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:背阔肌皮瓣再造乳房提高了乳腺癌患者的满意度和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of the application of the dorsal tensor skin flap in the reconstruction of breast cancer in the early stage. Methods 164 cases of patients with early breast cancer were regarded as the observation object. Modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer with breast reconstruction was taken by group A( 82 cases). Modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer was taken by group B( 82 cases) alone. Satisfaction and quality of life of 2 groups were investigated through postoperative follow- up survey. Results 2 groups were successfully completed the surgery. 1 year after operation,aesthetic satisfaction of group A was68. 29%. Aesthetic satisfaction of group B was 36. 59%. The satisfaction of groups had significant defference. After 1 year,FACT-B scale of group A was( 108. 2 ± 11. 8) points,and FACT- B scale of group B was( 100. 2 ± 13. 1) points. The difference was statistieally significant. Conclusion The dorsal broad muscle skin flap for breast reconstruction improves the satisfaction and quality of life of patients with radical resection.更多还原
