【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合针刺治疗肾阴虚型耳鸣临床疗效。方法:86例患者分成两组,对照组(43例)常规给予扩张血管及营养神经药物,观察组(43例)在此基础上加用滋肾聪耳方联合针刺治疗。两组均治疗4周后观察临床疗效及安全性指标。结果:对照组总有效率67.44%,观察组总有效率79.06%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针药结合治疗肾阴虚型耳鸣临床疗效确切、应用安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observation of the clinical curative effects of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine on treating tinnitus of deficiency of kidney yin. Methods 86 cases with tinnitus were chosen and divided into the control group( 43 cases) treated with vasodilators and neurotrophic drugs,the treatment group( 43 cases) given combination of decoction of nourishing kidney- clever hearing and acupuncture therapy on this basic treatment. Both last 4 weeks. And then the therapeutic effects in the 2groups were observed. Results The control group showed 67. 44% of effective rate and the treatment group showed 79. 06%,which is obviously higher then the former( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Acupuncture- medicine therapy on treating tinnitus of deficiency of kidney yin has excellent therapeutic effects without any side effects.更多还原
