【摘要】 目的:观察缬沙坦合硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:选取268例原发性高血压患者,根据治疗方法不同,将患者分为两组,每组各134例,对照组给予口服缬沙坦治疗,观察组给予口服缬沙坦合硝苯地平控释片治疗,疗程结束后对比两组患者的疗效。结果:两组患者治疗前的舒张压和收缩压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组经缬沙坦合硝苯地平控释片治疗后,舒张压和收缩压明显低于对照组,降压总有效率为94.78%,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦合硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of valsartan combined Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets therapy in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 268 cases of 2013 January to 2014 January in our hospital in patients with essential hypertension,And according to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into 2 groups,the control group oral valsartan treatment,observation group were given valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment,the difference of therapeutic effects of two groups were compared before and after treatment.
