【摘要】 目的:观察不孕症患者输卵管阻塞应用介入及中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取经子宫输卵管造影确诊为双侧输卵管近端阻塞的患者120例,随机分为两组,每组各60例。对照组应用西药及输卵管介入术治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用中药红藤汤治疗,治疗后比较两组疗效及妊娠率。结果:实验组显效35例,有效16例,无效9例,总有效率85.0%,妊娠率58.3%;对照组显效27例,有效18例,无效15例,总有效率75.0%,妊娠率45.0%。实验组临床总效率和妊娠率都优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红藤汤结合西药及输卵管介入术治疗效果较好,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of infertility and tubal obstruction Integrative interventional treatment.MethodsRetrospective analysis of Longgang District MCH from April 2011- April 2013 reproductive endocrinology clinic at the hospital,diagnosed by hysterosalpingography proximal tubal obstruction 120 cases. All patients were randomly divided into two groups no significant difference between the two groups in age,disease and so on. Patients in the control group received medicine and Salpingostomy treatment. The experimental group received the Salpingostomy and Chinese medicine and western medicine therapy. Results In the experimental group,35 patients were cured,effective in 16 patients,9 patients invalid. The total efficiency is 85. 0% and pregnancy rate is 58. 3% In the control group,27 patients were cured,effective in 18 patients,15 patients invalid. The total efficiency is75. 0% and pregnancy rate is 45. 0%. Conclusion Fallopian tube Interrention treatment,Sargentglony decoction Combined with westen medicine,the effect is good,is worth the clinical promotion.更多还原
