【摘要】 西南民族大学近两年积极探索为四川民族地区紧缺专业人才开展订单定向式培养的试点工作。针对以甘孜州为代表的民族地区目前人力资本增量缓慢、专业人才队伍量小质低且结构不合理、基层双语人才严重不足等现实问题,西南民族大学以培养紧缺专业人才入手,招收订单定向生的同时安排其与各方签署定向就业协议。这种模式既有利于解决民族地区紧缺专业人才匮乏的现状,真正吸引愿意到民族地区工作、服务的人才,又能缓解高校面临的就业难、就业质量不高的困局,是对少数民族地区人才培养模式的有益探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent two years,SWUN has vigorously carried out the pilot work of cultivating orderoriented professional talents badly-needed in ethnic areas of Sichuan Province. In order to help Ganzi Prefecture solve problems such as a slow increase of human capital,a small number,low quality and unreasonable structure of professional talents,and a serious lack of bilingual talents in grass-root units,SWUN has taken measures to cultivate badly-needed professional talents by enrolling order-oriented students and arranging them to sign employment agreements with working units. This mode can not only solve the problem of lacking professional talents in ethnic areas,but also attract those talents who are really willing to work in ethnic areas. Besides,this exploration of this talent training mode for ethnic areas can ease the difficult situation of universities in employment.更多还原
