诱导调节性T细胞与肿瘤免疫研究进展

【摘要】 恶性肿瘤环境中存在多种类型的免疫抑制性细胞,目前认为调节性T细胞(regulatory T cell,Treg)在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中发挥着极为重要的作用。研究发现,Treg细胞可分为2个重要亚群,分别为n Treg和i Treg,两者具有不同的生物学特性。i Treg在肿瘤环境诱导下由传统的T细胞转化而来,具有强大的免疫抑制功能,抑制抗肿瘤免疫、促进肿瘤的发生发展。而n Treg的功能主要是维持外周免疫耐受,控制肿瘤相关的炎症反应。因此,i Treg才是肿瘤免疫调控中发挥关键作用的免疫抑制性细胞,选择性去除或抑制i Treg将是肿瘤免疫治疗的新方向。

【Abstract】 There are multiple types of immunosuppressive cells in tumor. Among these cells, regulatory T cell(Treg) plays an extremely important role in tumor development and progression. There are two important subgroups in regulatory T cells, named naturally occurring Tregs(n Treg) and inducible Tregs(i Treg), respectively. There are some differences between n Treg and i Treg cells in biology characteristics. i Treg arising by tumor-driven conversion of conventional CD4+T cells is highly suppressive, which down-regulate anti-tumor immune responses, promoting tumor growth. n Treg, normally responsible for maintaining peripheral tolerance, controls cancer-associated inflammation. Therefore, i Treg plays a critical and major role in cancer immune. In cancer, a selective removal or silencing of i Treg, not n Treg, should be a therapeutic treatment.
