“共建与区域产学研联合办学”体制下的全日制工程硕士研究生培养模式探索与实践

【摘要】 在分析近几年发展专业学位研究生教育面临的问题基础上,西南科技大学以"共建与区域产学研联合办学"体制为背景,结合自身实践,探索创新全日制工程硕士研究生培养模式。坚持"重理论、强实践"的人才培养理念,从培养方案、导师组制、实践环节、学位论文以及质量评估等六个方面,就进一步做好全日制工程硕士研究生教育工作进行探索与实践,达到了促进全日制工程硕士研究生培养水平不断提升的目标。

【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing the problems facing on professional degree postgraduate education,SWUST has adopted the "Co- construction and Regional Combination of Production,Teaching and Research Joint Education"system,together with actual experience,which to explore creative training mode about full- time engineering master. Insisting on the talent cultivation of "Respect Theory,Strengthen Practice",SWUST has done a lot of research and practice to promote full- time engineering master education mainly on six aspects: training program,group tutorial system,internship and practical training,academic dissertation and quality evaluation,thus to reach the aim of constant improvement of the full-time engineering master education.
