【Abstract】 The construction of green university reflects the era demand of ecological civilization construction in higher education reform and development. Cognizing what is the green university and how to create a green university is useful to reveal the connotation of green university from the layer of facts. From the aspect of value,moral dimension is the most basic value. Specifically,morality is the premise in the whole process of the existence and operation of green university. The construction of green university need the concept of "good"and "beauty"as the guidance of practice.
