【摘要】 信息集成技术在不确定多属性群决策中具有重要作用。本文将连续区间有序加权调和平均(C-OWHA)算子和power调和平均算子相结合,提出了一种连续区间power有序加权调和平均(C-POWHA)算子,并提出了一种基于C-POWHA算子的不确定多属性群决策方法。该方法综合考虑了不同决策方法的属性值之间的相关性和不同决策者对同一决策方案进行评价时得到的评价结果之间的相关性,使得对决策方案的选择更具有客观性和公平性,而且决策者还可以根据个人的风险态度对方案的评价处理方式进行调整。最后通过投资选择群决策案例来说明该方法的可行性和有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Information aggregation technique plays an important role in uncertain multiple attribute group decision making.The purpose of this paper is to develop the continuous power ordered weighted harmonic averaging(C-POWHA)operator by combining the continuous ordered weighted harmonic averaging(C-OWHA)operator with the power harmonic average.We also present an approach to uncertain multiple attribute group decision making based on the C-POWHA operator.The prominent characteristics of this approach are that it not only emphasizes on the correlation of evaluation of different alternatives,and the correlation of evaluation from different decision makers,which lead to objectivity and fairness in group decision making,but also make decision makers select or adjust their assessing ways based on their risk attitudes.Finally,we give a numerical example of investment selection problem to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the new approach.更多还原
