救生舱内气压变化规律试验研究
Experimental research on air pressure variation in refuge chamber
【摘要】 通过理论计算与真人试验相结合的方式,对救生舱内气压变化规律进行了研究。分析了救生舱在完全密闭条件下舱内气压的3个影响因素:氧气、二氧化碳以及温度,并从变化过程与前后状态两个方面,分别提出了气压-时间、气压-状态两种计算救生舱内气压的方法。通过10人9 h真人试验得出了救生舱内气压、氧气、二氧化碳以及温度随时间的变化曲线,最后将试验数据与理论计算值进行了对比,验证了两种气压公式的正确性。最终利用所得公式预测出救生舱内气压出现的最大值为8 718 Pa,为防水型救生舱的设计提供了边界条件。
【Abstract】 By combining the theoretical calculation with the real experiment,the changing rule of the air pressure inside the refuge chamber was studied. Under the condition that the refuge chamber is a confined space,three factors were taken into consideration: oxygen,carbon dioxide and temperature. Based on the process and the status before and after air pressure variation respectively,two calculation methods,pressure-time and pressure-status,were proposed.Through the 10 people 9 hours real experiment,the curves of air pressure,oxygen,carbon dioxide and temperature were obtained. In addition,two kinds of pressure formula were proved to be correct by comparing the experimental data and the theoretical value. According to the pressure formula,the maximum pressure is predicted to be 8 718 Pa,which provides the boundary conditions for the design of the waterproof refuge chamber.
