不同压裂液对煤岩填砂裂缝导流能力的影响
Effects of Different Fracturing Fluids on Prop-fracture Conductivity
【摘要】 使用5种液体进行了煤岩填砂裂缝导流能力影响实验。发现黏度越高的压裂液对闭合压力变化越敏感。0.3%SFA+0.5%SFB与清洁压裂液对岩心导流能力产生影响的主要因素是煤岩裂缝表面粗糙程度不同;胍胶压裂液自身性质对岩心导流能力影响较大,0.5%微乳剂对导流能力的影响受该压裂液自身性质及煤岩裂缝表面粗糙程度2种因素影响。
【Abstract】 It used 5 kinds of liquid conducts experiments with coal sand filling fracture conductivity.The result show that fracturing fluid with high viscosity is more sensitive to closure pressure change.The main influence factor of 0.3%SFA+0.5%SFB and clean fracturing fluid to the core flow capacity is generated by different levels of roughness of coal rock fracture surface. The inherent properties of guar gum fracturing fluid have a large effect on conductivity of core. The effect of 0.5% microemulsion to the conductivity include two factors: the inherent properties of fracturing fluid and roughness of coal rock fracture surface.
