【摘要】 在矿井开拓系统工程中,岩石巷道施工进度与质量,是矿井建设与生产接续的关键。为满足双鸭山矿业集团公司生产矿井现场快速凿岩钻孔和岩石装载机械化的需求,研制开发了CMZY2-120/18煤矿用岩石钻装机组。经现场长期使用与反复改进,工艺技术日趋成熟,现已达到了16 m2断面岩巷单头月进220 m的水平。实际应用结果表明:该机组系统可靠、稳定、安全高效,是现阶段岩巷施工的理想技术装备,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In mine development engineering system,Rock roadway construction progress and quality, is the key of the mine construction and production succeeded. In order to meet the demand of fast drilling and rock load mechanization in production mine field of Shuangyashan Mining Group, developed the CMZY2-120/18 type rock roadway drilling and loading machine used in coal mine. After long-term used and improved in mine field,the technology becoming mature,and reached the level of monthly advancing rate of 220 m with single head in section tunnel of 16 m2. Practical application results show that the drilling and loading machine system is reliable and stable,secure and efficient,It is the ideal technical equipment in construction of the rock gangway at present,and worthy of spreading to application.更多还原
