朱集矿主井井筒冻结壁厚度参数优化应用

【摘要】 冻结法施工技术在煤炭开采中应用极为广泛。有效的冻结壁参数设计不仅能够极大地减少施工量,加快施工进度,更能极大地降低施工成本。由于缺乏准确性,传统参数设计不能准确反应每段冻结壁的厚度。以朱集矿主井冻结壁设计为研究背景,运用权值分析法对冻结壁厚度参数进行优化。结果表明:优化后的参数更加科学、有效。

【Abstract】 Construction technology of freezing method in coal mining is widely applied. The frozen wall parameters and effective design can not only greatly reduce the construction amount,speed up the construction progress,but also greatly reduce the construction cost. The traditional parameters design lack of accuracy,so it can not accurately reflect the each segment of the thickness of the frozen wall. According to Zhuji mine well frozen wall design as the research background,using value analysis method to optimize the parameters of the frozen wall thickness. The results show that the optimized parameters more scientific and effective.
