不同角度桩核冠桩/牙本质界面应力分布的三维有限元分析

【摘要】 目的:研究不同角度桩核冠修复上颌中切牙后的桩/牙本质界面应力分布情况。方法:采用薄层CT技术、Auto CAD和Anasys Workbench软件相结合,建立上颌中切牙不同角度桩核冠的三维有限元模型G+30°、G+20°、G+10°、G0°、G-10°、G-20°、G-30°,在斜向100N加载情况下,对不同角度桩核冠修复上颌中切牙后桩/牙本质界面的应力分布情况进行分析。结果:牙冠向舌侧改向,随着改向角度的增大,桩/牙本质界面高应力区集中,应力值升高;牙冠向唇侧改向,随着改向角度的增大,界面高应力区弥散,应力值降低。结论:临床上进行桩核改向时,牙冠向唇侧改向比向舌侧改向更为有利。

【Abstract】 Obiective To investigate stresses distribution on post/dentin interface of upper central incisor restored with post-core crowns at various angles. Methods Using thin-layer CT technique combined with Auto CAD and Ansys Workbench software to construct three dimensional finite element model G+30°,G+20°,G+10°,G0°,G0°-10°,G-20°,G-30° of upper central incisor restored with postcore crowns at various angles.Analyses the stresses distribution on post/dentin interface undering oblique loading of 100 N. Results When dental crown long axis inclined to lingual side,the stress concentration values of the interface increased as the angle increased.But the values decreased as the angle increased when the long axis inclined to labial side. Conclusion When the post- core crown with angle was used in clinical,the crown inclined labially to restore linguoclination of upper central incisor are better than the crown inclined lingually to restore the labioclination.
