【摘要】 目的:探讨四种缝线方式对翼状胬肉术后眼部舒适度的影响。方法:96例翼状胬肉患者随机分成A、B、C、D组,每组24眼,分别使用10-0非吸收缝线行间断缝合、10-0非吸收缝线连续加间断缝合、8-0可吸收缝线连续缝合、10-0非吸收缝线连续缝合,观察术后1 d、7d、1个月、3个月眼部舒适度。结果:术后1d时C、D组较A、B组眼部舒适度好,A、B组无明显差异,C、D组无明显差异。术后7d、术后1个月A、B、D组较C组舒适度高,差异有统计学意义,A、B、D组差异不明显。术后3个月四组眼部舒适度无明显差异。结论:翼状胬肉手术切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术中用10-0非吸收缝线连续缝合固定结膜瓣,术后早期眼部舒适度高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of four methods of sutures for eye comfort after pterygium excision.Methods 96 cases of pterygium were randomly divided into four groups(A,B,C,D).24 eyes in each group-respectively,using the 10-0 non-absorbable interrupted suture in one group,using the 10-0 non-absorbable interrupted and continuous suture in the second group,using the 8-0 absorbable continuous suture in another group,and using the 10-0 non-absorbable continuous suture in the last group,eye comfort was observed at 1-day,7-day,1-month,and 3-month after the surgery.Results Eye comfort had difference between C,Dgroups and A,B groups,but had no significant difference between A and B groups,C and D groups in 1-day.Eye comfort was high in A,B,D groups compared with C group at 7-day,1- month postoperative.The difference was statistically significant.The eye comfort was quite between A,B,D groups.There was no significant difference in four groups at 3-month.Conclusion Compared with the four groups with fixing conjunctival flap in pterygium excision,eye comfort was better in the group that used 10-0 non-absorbable continuous suture at early postoperative.更多还原
