【摘要】 目的:研究甘肃省青少年不同骨面型颏部软硬组织形态。方法:选择就诊于甘肃省人民医院口腔正畸科的患者,拍摄X线头颅定位侧位片。筛选下颌平面角F1-MP角位于22°~33°,年龄12~16岁的120例患者为研究对象。根据ANB角的大小将其分为3组:Ⅰ类骨面型:0°<ANB<5°;Ⅱ类骨面型:ANB>5°;Ⅲ类骨面型:ANB<0°,且Wits值<0°。评价患者的颏部软硬组织形态。所有数据采用SPSS19.0统计软件进行统计学分析处理。结果:显示男女性别之间只有颏高度显示具有统计学意义,青少年期男性颏高度大于女性;对颏部其它软硬组织形态结构不构成显著性差异。结论:本文发现69.4%的人颏部形态表现为突出,30.6%的患者表现为垂直型。同时还发现,Ⅱ类患者的特点主要表现为上唇前突,下唇由于颏部颏唇沟的深度高于Ⅰ类和Ⅲ类。Ⅲ类患者特点主要表现颏唇沟浅,颏部长度比另外两组长,也说明Ⅲ类患者的颏部较Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类发育过度,Ⅱ类患者的颏部相对发育不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the different facial types of adolescent in Gansu area of chin soft tissue morphology. Methods Selecting treatment in orthodontic Department of Gansu province people’s hospital patients as the research object, X-ray cephalogram, screening of mandibular plane angle angle F1-MP is located at 22°~33°,between the age12-16 years old,in 120 cases of patients with no object of study.
