【摘要】 目的:探讨因外伤等原因致颞区软组织缺损,进行自体脂肪颗粒移植填充的修复疗效。方法:采用肿胀麻醉技术,低压注射器抽吸脂肪颗粒,盐水洗涤过滤,将纯化后的脂肪颗粒超量填充颞部凹陷。结果:因各种原因致颞部软组织缺损患者12例,进行自体脂肪颗粒移植后效果:术后未发现有感染、坏死及液化等症状。经随访3~6个月,患者均对充填区外观满意。其中10例经1次移植,余2例经2次移植完成。结论:自体脂肪颗粒移植矫治颞部的凹陷能够获得良好和稳定的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of treatment of autologous fat granule transplantation for temporal depression.Methods The fat granule was aspirated in low pressure with common syringe under the swell anesthesia.Temporal depression was filled with excessive fat granule.With the followup three months,autologous granule fat in the first injection was supplementary injection.Results After filling with granule fat in temporal depression,12 cases was not found the injection,necrosis and liquefactions.With the followed up 3 months to 6 months,the patients was satisfying with external shape.Conclusion Application of fat granule transplantation for temporal depression with titanium plate skull reconstruction is able to achives a good and stable clitical effect.更多还原
