【Abstract】 The city gas transmission and distribution system of City A is analyzed. The operating costs of pressure pipe network at all levels have been apportioned based on the recent operational situation of a gas company in the city. The analysis model of influencing factors of the operating costs is built by grey relational analysis. The influencing factors of operating costs of pressure pipe network at all levels are analyzed,and the correlation degree of the operating costs with the potential influencing factors is calculated. The actual influencing factors of operating costs of pressure pipe network at all levels are selected according to the judging principle that the correlation degree is greater than or equal to 0. 55.
