双极膜电渗析法1,3-丙二醇发酵液的脱盐处理及主要副产物的回收

【摘要】 在前期研究的基础上,使用双极膜电渗析系统(简称BMED)脱除1,3-丙二醇(PDO)发酵液中的有机盐和无机盐,脱盐率达到99%以上时,单批次过程能耗为21.9(W·h)/L发酵液,PDO回收率为96.1%.在此实验基础上进行了七个批次连续脱盐操作.实验结果表明,BMED受连续脱盐操作影响不大,每个批次PDO回收率在92.7%~96.8%之间;七个批次中,每升发酵液脱盐所需的总能耗从21.7 W·h增加到了31.6 W·h.此外,本实验中得到的碱室液经浓缩后被用于3L和5L的1,3-丙二醇发酵罐的pH调节,酸室液的主要成分丁二酸也被成功结晶回收.

【Abstract】 On the basis of previous study,bipolar membraneelectrodialysis,abbreviated to BMED,was used in the desalination of PDO fermentation broth.Salt rejection was higher than 99% with energy consumption 21.9(W·h)/L broth.The recovery ratio of PDO was 96.1%.Besides these,desalination was conducted in a 7-batches continuous processing,and the results indicated that the performance of BMED was little influenced by continuous processing.PDO recovery ratio was between 92.7% and96.7%.Among the 7batches,energy consumption increased from 21.7 W · h to 31.6 W · h.Furthermore,the base produced from BMED was reused for adjusting pH of fermentation in 3Land 5L tank,and the succinic acid was crystallized as main product of acid.
