顶板中空注浆锚索及底板注浆巷道修复技术
Roadway Repairing Technology with Roof Hollow Grouting Anchor Cable and Floor Grouting
【摘要】 针对潘三矿西二石门顶、帮、底破坏严重等问题,分析了巷道变形和破坏的原因,在充分利用了原有支护基础上采用了顶板中空注浆锚索和底板无止浆层分层注浆技术进行巷道维修。结果表明,该巷修技术不仅减少了巷道的变形,增强了巷道的稳定性,而且大大提高了巷道围岩的整体性,取得了很好的支护效果。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the serious damage of roof,ribs and floor in West 2 cross-cut of Pansan Coal Mine,the reason of roadway deformation and failure was analyzed. The roadway was repaired,with hollow grouting anchor cable for the roof and layered grouting technology with no shotcreting layer for the floor,with the original support fully utilized,the results showed that,the roadway deformation was controlled,the roadway stability enhanced,and the integrity of the roadway surrounding rock greatly improved,achieving favorable support effect.
