并列双U型通风方式风量配比研究
Research on Air Volume Ratio in Parallel Double U-Shape Ventilation System
【摘要】 根据寺河矿XV1301综采工作面的并列双U型通风现场的实际情况,建立了流体力学模型,模拟对比分析了若XV13013主进风巷风量不变的情况下不同比值的XV13011辅助进风巷风量和XV13015另一进巷风量对采空区流场及瓦斯运移特征的影响。研究表明:在并列双U型通风方式下,若XV13011辅助进风巷风量和XV13015另一进风巷风量配比为3∶1时,能够明显地减少采空区大量的瓦斯随漏风涌向上隅角,从而可以使流经上隅角和主回风巷的瓦斯减少,缓解瓦斯积聚问题。
【Abstract】 A hydrodynamic model was established according to the conditions of XV1301 fully mechanized mining face parallel double U-shape ventilation,to analyze the air flow field and gas migration characteristics in goaf,with a constant air volume of main intake air way(XV13013), and a varying air intake ratio between auxiliary intake air way(XV13011) and another intake airway(XV13015). The result shows that,under the given ventilation condition,the gas accumulation is alleviated,when the volume ratio between XV13011 and XV13015 intake air way is 3∶ 1,as the gas in upper corner and main return air way is decreased.
