液压掩体支架设计及抗随机冲击载荷测试
Hydraulic Bunker Bracket Design and Anti Random Impact Load Test
【摘要】 针对放顶煤掩体支架在工作过程中出现的可靠性差、抗随机冲击载荷能力弱等问题,设计了一种脚踏式液压驱动、同步对称的掩体支架结构,利用3阶累积量谱随冲击信号变化敏感的特性对所设计的支架进行抗随机冲击载荷性能测试,测试结果为掩体支架的二次改进优化提供技术性参照。
【Abstract】 In view of reliability instability and weak anti random impact load for bunker bracket of top coal caving,a new one gets complete,which uses hydraulic drive and has symmetric structure,then the performance test of anti random impact load is carried out basing on three order accumulating spectrum,it has sensitive characteristic for random impact signal. The test results provide technical references for two improvement optimization configuration.
