基于GSM的动力锂电池监测报警装置研究

【摘要】 为了解决动力锂电池监测中遇到的可靠性差、智能化程度低,无法灵活上传监测结果等问题,设计了一种基于GSM短信报警的锂电池监测装置。重点介绍了装置的原理及软硬件实现方案。该装置实时监测电压、电流、温度、容量等电池参数,并自动分析电池状态,当电池参数超限时,通过GSM模块自动传送报警信息。实践表明,该系统具有高可靠、多功能、灵活方便等优点,能够有效地保障锂电池组的安全、稳定运行。

【Abstract】 To solve the problems in power lithium battery monitoring system, such as poor reliability,low degree of intelligence, measurement results cannot be uploaded conveniently. A lithium battery monitoring device based on GSM is proposed. Also introduces the principle and implementation of system project. The device realizes the accurate monitoring of battery parameters, such as voltage,current, temperature, capacity, etc. and the automatic analysis of battery state. When the battery parameters exceed the specified value, the device sends alarm information by GSM module automatically. Experiments show that the system has the advantages of high reliability, multi-function,flexible and convenient, and can effectively guarantee safe and stable operation of the lithium-ion battery pack.
