循环湍动流化床局部颗粒浓度的实验研究
Experimental Study of Local Solid Concentration in Circulatingturbulent Fluidized Bed
【摘要】 在循环湍动流化床实验台上对FCC颗粒进行了流态化实验,采用PV6A反射型光纤探针对内径φ100 mm的提升管内颗粒浓度和波动标准偏差进行测试和研究。结果表明:同一轴向高度表观气速对颗粒浓度的影响较小;局部颗粒浓度的标准偏差结果显示,颗粒浓度波动程度较小,边壁区标准偏差值最小。
【Abstract】 In a circulating-turbulent fluidized bed test rig for the FCC particle fluidization experiment was carried out, solids concentration and fluctuations standard deviation in the riser with φ100 mm i.d were measured and research by using reflective optical fiber probe(PV6A). The results showed there has little effect on superficial gas velocity for particle concentration at same axial height; Standard deviation of local particle concentration showed that the degree of particle concentration fluctuations is small, side wall area to minimize.
