窄断面斜巷运送人员智能系统应用研究
Research and Application of Intelligent Systems of Narrow Section Inclined Tunnel Transportation
【摘要】 针对福建省牛坑煤矿主斜巷道狭窄,无法安装循环式双向同时坐人的无极猴车运输人员问题,提出了往复式单侧坐人方案。采用优先权时间段策略,实现无人值守自动运行;主从站使用MOUBUS RTU通讯协议通信,人机界面使用PROFIBUS DP通讯协议通信,并实现与其他通信联网。现场实际应用表明:该装置具有投资少、自动、稳定、舒适、安全运行等优点,对矿井的高产高效和安全生产起到了推动作用。
【Abstract】 In view of the Fujian province Niukang coal mine main inclined roadway narrow, no monkey car transport staff cannot install circulation type two-way simultaneous sit people problems, puts forward reciprocating unilateral sit scheme. Priority based time strategy, realize unmanned automatic operation; master and slave station using the MOUBUS RTU communication protocol, realization and other communication network. The practical application shows that: the device has the advantages of low investment, automatic, stable, comfortable, safe operation, high yield and high efficiency and safety production of mine to play a role in promoting.
