颚式破碎机后推力板可靠性影响因素分析

【摘要】 颚式破碎机的后推力板是关键部件之一,排料口调节装置一般安装在后推力板后面,随着调节位置的改变,后推力板受力情况也会发生改变,进而影响其强度。对颚式破碎机破碎结构整体进行有限元分析,在此基础上,以后推力板为研究对象,从灵敏度角度出发,研究尺寸、材料属性和载荷作为随机变量时对其可靠性的影响。分析表明,后推力板上载荷变化对其强度影响最为显著,其次是后推力板的杆身尺寸,而材料性能指标对后推力板的可靠性影响相对较小。

【Abstract】 The back pulling plate is one of the key structures of the jaw crusher, which is jointed with the dispatch adjuster units at the tail.By the variety of the adjusting place, the acting force on the back pulling plate is also changed, this may influence the strength. First, the jaw crusher stress distribution law is studied by using finite element method, then, the dimensions 、material and forces were regarded as rambling varieties,the back pulling plate reliability was analyzed by using sensitivity.It is shown that the force on the back pulling plate is the main influence factor to the stress, the dimension also has influence to it, the material property has less influence.
