典型脱模结构和异向分型的汽车塑件模具设计
The mould design of typical mould release structure and special shaped parting of automobile plastic parts
【摘要】 通过利用模流软件Moldflow,分析了汽车塑件注塑浇口的最佳位置,并利用Pro/E对塑件进行模具整体的结构设计。采用拉伸、合并曲面等方法设计了主分型面,然后利用主分型面分割出型芯、型腔,通过分割主型芯来设计出直顶、斜顶、整体抽芯结构等。利用Pro/E的"插入""流道"命令设计浇注系统,并利用"插入""水线"命令设计冷却系统。整个设计过程在软件中都可以快速完成及修改,避免后期加工的改模,同时实现了快速设计具有典型脱模结构和异形分型塑件的模具,提高了设计的效率。
【Abstract】 The best position of the injection gate of automobile part was analyzed using Moldflow,and the mould structure was designed with Pro/E.Main parting surface was designed with tensile,merge surfaces and other methods,which can segment the core,cavity so as to design a straight top,slant,overall core pulling structure.The gating system and cooling system were finished using"Runner"and"Watermark"commands in Pro/E.The whole design process can be modified quickly in the software,avoiding the change of post-processing.Meanwhile,it was achieved to design a typical stripping structure and special shaped parting mould fast and efficiently.
