超声整体作用式微流控芯片注射模设计

【摘要】 以微流控芯片为研究对象,分析了不同作用方向和作用形式的超声振动对注射成型微结构制品的成型质量影响机理,提出了将整体作用式的超声振动引入到注射模中,并设计了包含2种不同振动方向的超声辅助成型模,进行了2种型腔振动方向对注射制品微结构成型质量影响的对比研究。通过对分型面、浇注系统、排气系统和脱模系统的设计,系统地介绍了超声整体作用式注射模的设计要点。

【Abstract】 The influences of ultrasonic vibration with different vibrating directions and covering areas on moulding quality of micro structures were analyzed for injection moulding microfluidic chips. A proposal was put forward that introduced ultrasonic vibration to overall cavity. And the injection mould containing two vibration directions of cavities was designed, in order to compare and investigate results of moulding quality of micro structures generated with two different vibration directions. By illustrating the parting line, the feeding system, the exhaust system and the ejecting system, the main points of designing ultrasound-aided injection mould were systematically discussed.
